Driver missing - install the Microsoft Drivers for PHP for SQL Server and enable pdo_sqlsrv.
Login failed - check DB_USERNAME and DB_PASSWORD in .env. The app uses ecc_web, never sa.
No published data - run python scripts/publish_sql.py on the analysis machine.
No accounts - run python scripts/sql_seed_users.py --from-config.
